GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS​

These General Terms and Conditions are valid for all pages of the website www.carpediembanya.com and for all products and tourist services that can be purchased and paid for from the website. The website is owned by Euroholidays EOOD (merchant), registered under Bulgarian law, entered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 121867222, with registered address: Sofia 1618, 30 Pushkin Blvd.

By visiting the website and/or ordering products and/or tourist services through it, you agree to the General Terms and Conditions described here.

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

1. These General Terms and Conditions govern

 

the relations between Carpe Diem Family Hotel (Euroholidays Ltd.), hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”, and its guests.

2. Hotel address: Banya village 2778, Osma Str. №25, Razlog municipality. Contact phone number: 0879 821 052;

3. By visiting the site and/or making a reservation and/or accommodation, guests declare that they are familiar with and accept these General Terms and Conditions.

4. The hotel operates in accordance with the Tourism Act and applicable regulations.

 

II. RESERVATIONS AND ACCOMMODATION

 

1. Reservations are accepted by phone, through the hotel’s website or through online booking platforms.

2. The reservation is considered confirmed after explicit confirmation by the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to require an advance payment.

3. Check-in: after 14:00

Check-out: until 12:00

4. Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon availability and for an additional fee.

5. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid ID document, in accordance with the requirements of the Tourism Act.

 

III. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

 

1. All prices are stated in Bulgarian leva and euro and include VAT.

2. Payment can be made in cash, by bank card or by bank transfer.

3. Additional services are paid separately, unless otherwise expressly stated.

4. In case of early departure, amounts paid are not refunded, unless otherwise agreed.

 

IV. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW

 

1. Cancellation conditions are communicated upon confirmation of the reservation.

2. In case of no-show, the hotel has the right to retain the deposit or advance payment.

3. In case of force majeure, the parties are not liable under the current legislation.

 

V. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF GUESTS

 

1. Guests are obliged to:

 

       observe the internal rules of the hotel;

       maintain silence between 22:00 and 08:00;

       use the hotel property with the care of a good owner.

 

2. It is prohibited:

 

       damage or removal of hotel property;

       accommodation of more people than those registered;

       behavior that disturbs the peace of other guests.

 

3. In case of damage caused, guests bear full financial responsibility.

 

VI. USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL

 

1. The swimming pool of the Carpe Diem Family Hotel is used at your own risk.

2. Pool opening hours: 09:00 – 20:00

3. Children under 14 years of age are allowed only with an adult companion who is responsible for them.

4. It is prohibited:

 

       jumping, running and pushing around the pool;

       entering the water after consuming alcohol and intoxicating substances;

       using glassware in the pool area.

 

5. The hotel is not responsible for incidents that occur due to failure to comply with the rules.

 

VII. LIABILITY

 

1. The hotel is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen personal belongings left unattended.

2. Valuables can be handed over for safekeeping to the hotel administration.

3. The hotel is not responsible for incidents caused by the actions or inactions of the guests.

 

VIII. PERSONAL DATA

 

1. The hotel processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act.

2. Personal data is used solely for the purposes of booking, accommodation and fulfilling legal obligations.

3. Guests have the right to access, correct and restrict the processing of their personal data.

 

IX. COMPLAINTS

 

1. Complaints are submitted on site during the stay or in writing within 7 days after departure.

2. They are considered in accordance with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act.

 

X. FINAL PROVISIONS

 

1. These General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force from the date of their publication on the site carpediembanya.com.

2. The current Bulgarian legislation shall apply to all unresolved issues.

3. All disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement, and if impossible – by the competent Bulgarian court.

 

BANK CARD DATA

The site DOES NOT receive, DOES NOT collect and DOES NOT store the full details of the bank cards used to make online payments. When paying directly with a card through a virtual POS terminal (VPOS), the card details are entered into a secure payment page, which is serviced by the servers of First Investment Bank AD. The site only receives information about the status of the transaction and partial, insufficient information for making a payment about the number of the card used.

RULES for the use of a mineral water pool in the Carpe Diem Family Hotel

I. GENERAL RULES

 

1. The pool has mineral water and is intended only for hotel guests.

2. Use of the pool is at your own risk.

3. The pool is not a medical or balneological institution and its use is not a medical or therapeutic service.

4. Pool opening hours: 09:00 – 20:00

5. Use of the pool outside the announced opening hours is strictly prohibited.

6. The hotel reserves the right to temporarily limit or suspend access to the pool for hygienic, technical, sanitary or meteorological reasons.

 

II. SPECIFICATIONS OF MINERAL WATER

 

1. The pool is supplied with mineral water with natural physicochemical properties.

2. The water temperature range is from 28°C to 36°C, depending on the season and operating mode.

3. The recommended stay in the water is up to 20–30 minutes without interruption, after which a break is recommended.

4. Mineral water can have an effect on the body.

People with cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, pregnant women, people with chronic diseases or health complaints should consult a doctor before using the pool.

5. A prolonged stay in the mineral water is not recommended for young children.

 

III. SAFETY

 

1. Children under 14 years of age are allowed to the pool only with an adult companion who bears full responsibility for their safety.

2. Jumping, diving, running and pushing around the pool is prohibited.

3. It is forbidden to enter the water if there are open wounds, skin, infectious or contagious diseases.

4. It is forbidden to use the pool after consuming alcohol or intoxicating substances.

5. Persons who cannot swim should use appropriate aids and be under constant supervision.

 

 

IV. HYGIENE

 

1. Showering before entering the pool is mandatory.

2. It is forbidden to use oils, lotions, creams and cosmetic products immediately before entering the water.

3. It is forbidden to pollute the water in any way.

4. Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

 

V. BEHAVIOR IN THE POOL AREA

 

1. It is forbidden to bring glass containers into the pool area.

2. Smoking is prohibited, except in explicitly designated areas.

3. Listening to music is permissible only if it does not disturb the peace of other guests.

4. Guests are obliged to observe good manners, order and tranquility in the pool area.

 

VI. LIABILITY

 

1. The hotel is not responsible for incidents, illnesses or health consequences resulting from:

 

o failure to comply with these regulations;

 

o the individual reaction of the body to mineral water;

o exceeding the recommended stay.

 

2. The hotel is not responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings.

3. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused in the pool area.

 

VII. FINAL PROVISIONS

 

1. These regulations are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Carpe Diem Family Hotel.

2. The hotel administration reserves the right to restrict access or remove persons who do not comply with the rules.

3. By using the pool, guests declare that they are familiar with and accept these rules.
